Job Description
The Industrial Engineer will support manufacturing operations through the execution of mid to large-scale industrial engineering projects focused on materials management, production layout, and process improvement. This role is ideal for a strong self-managed Industrial Engineer who can own defined projects while continuing to grow technically under the guidance of senior engineering leadership.
This person will work closely with Operations, Materials, and Manufacturing teams to improve flow, efficiency, and reliability within production environments, applying core industrial engineering principles to real-world manufacturing problems.
$85,000 to $95,000 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
Solid foundation in:
Manufacturing processes
Materials flow and layout concepts
Standard IE methods (time studies, work measurement)
Experience supporting process improvement and layout projects
Proficiency with:
AutoCAD (SolidWorks, BricsCAD, etc.)
Excel
Ability to manage workload independently and meet project deadlines
Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging with production teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting new line launches or production area redesigns
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing tools (VSM, kaizen, 5S)
Exposure to materials planning and logistics
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt
Interest in growing into a senior or technical leadership role
