Job Description
We are seeking a hands on Manager, Planning & Fulfillment to lead a team responsible for ensuring raw materials and components are delivered efficiently to support production needs. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain and production operations and is accountable for developing inventory strategies and driving execution across the business. The position involves close collaboration across a global, extended supply chain to ensure alignment and continuity of materials flow.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or other relevant fields.
8+ years of related experience as Material Planner, Production Planner, Buyer, or equivalent.
Proven ability to manage demand planning and supply planning within MRP.
Proven ability to create new processes and deploy effective systems.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, math and statistics.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Proficient in SQL and MRP systems.
Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing.
Prior experience in rapid growth environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Team oriented, strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and to multiple deadlines.
