Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Political Sales Support Specialist for a leading media and advertising organization. This individual will play a critical role in supporting a high-visibility Political Sales team, with a strong focus on compliance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and thrives in deadline-driven environments. This role offers exposure to political advertising operations, compliance processes, and sales strategy while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and success across the sales lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of compliance-driven workflows (political or regulated environments preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Experience reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues appropriately

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience supporting political advertising or political sales teams
Experience with revenue reporting and data analysis
Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems
Experience working cross-functionally with Compliance, QA, and Sales teams
Background in media, advertising, or digital marketing environments
