Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Digital Network Engineerto support a defense customer in Fort Meade, MD. This individual will be a part of a growing team responsible for providing various areas of support to a Program Management Office (PMO). Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with network and telecommunications architects to understand requirements, designs, and implementation blueprints.
Translate architectural designs into automated deployment and configuration workflows for telecom infrastructure.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts to streamline provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of telecom systems.
Translate business, operational, and regulatory needs into clear, testable requirements for global telecommunications network infrastructure.
Communicate with vendors and develop new/improved system design and architecture based on requirements.
Support verification and validation by ensuring infrastructure requirements are traceable to test plans, acceptance criteria, and deployment readiness checks.
Provide documentation and reporting on findings and validate requirements through reviews and feedback from key players.
Salary Ranges from $180,000-$220,000 annually.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience as a Telecommunication Engineer supporting infrastructure build outs
Experience with automation, scripting, or digital engineering practices to maximize efficiency
Create SOPs around DOD and Telecommunication best practices
