Insight Global is seeking a Switch Engineer I / Network Technician to support network operations in the Salisbury, MD market. This role serves as the first line of defense for the Salisbury area, supporting routing, transport, and cell site network activities. The position is primarily office-based with a strong focus on remote network interaction, configuration, and coordination with field teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight
- Experience in router configuration
- Working knowledge of IP addressing and basic routing concepts
- Familiarity with service provider network environments
- Exposure to:
- Nokia transport networks
- Ciena and/or Nokia routers
- Comfortable collaborating with contractors, field engineers, and cell site technicians
