Insight Global is looking for a CI Poly Research & Development Specialist in Fort Meade. They will support cybersecurity and software projects. This role focuses on researching, building, and improving secure software systems, finding weaknesses in cyber environments, and helping develop new cyber capabilities.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in cybersecurity research, secure system development, and evaluating new technologies, and can turn mission needs into practical, secure technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
Bachelors Degree
7-15 years of experience in cybersecurity R&D or secure software/system development
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
- Expertise in secure engineering, vulnerability analysis, and emerging cyber technologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Certifications
SecurityX / CASP+
CEH
RCCE Level 1
Other DoD 8140–approved cyber certifications
