Job Description
The Office Director & Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as the central coordination point for all executive operations, ensuring the CEO’s office runs with precision, confidentiality, and strategic alignment. This dual function role blends high level administrative support with operational leadership, overseeing office workflow, managing priorities, and representing the CEO in internal and external interactions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, clearance eligible, and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment supporting defense related programs and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, priorities, and long range calendar planning.
• Coordinate classified and unclassified meetings, briefings, and travel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with security protocols.
Office Leadership & Operations
• Oversee daily office operations, workflow, and administrative processes.
• Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and communication standards.
• Coordinate cross departmental initiatives and ensure alignment with CEO directives.
• Manage facility needs, vendor relationships, and office resource planning.
Program & Project Coordination
• Track executive action items, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
• Support proposal development, contract documentation, and program reviews as needed.
• Assist with planning and execution of corporate events, leadership meetings, and VIP visits.
Security & Compliance
• Ensure all office operations comply with federal, DoD, and company security requirements.
• Manage classified document handling, storage, and meeting protocols.
• Coordinate with Facility Security Officers (FSOs) on clearance related matters.
Pay will be based on a variety of factors and will range from $40/hr - $60/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• Active Secret Clearance (or ability to maintain one).
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a defense, government contracting, or aerospace environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing office operations or leading administrative teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and executive productivity tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting C suite executives in a cleared environment.
• Familiarity with DoD, Navy, or government contracting workflows.
• Project management experience or certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.).
• Experience coordinating classified meetings or secure communications.
