Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst to support a Revenue Integrity department for a healthcare system in Annapolis. This individual will act as a subject matter expert for hospital charge capture, billing compliance, and revenue protection, working closely with clinical, coding, billing, and HIM teams to minimize revenue leakage and ensure compliant billing practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of Revenue Integrity experience
- Epic experience required
- Coding certification required: CPC
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, or related field)
- Strong understanding of hospital coding and charge capture workflows

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- 5–7 years supporting Revenue Cycle and Clinical systems
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- CPMA, CBCS, or CCS
- Experience working with commercial and government payers
- Experience with third-party payer audits
