Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Claims Manager to join their client's team. This candidate will lead a team of supervisors handling complex and jurisdictionally specific worker's compensation claims. This role requires strong technical expertise in managing, thorough knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and regulations, and the ability to develop strategies that achieve cost-effective and fair claim outcomes. This candidate will be responsible for a team of director reports and direct client relations.

Required Skills & Experience

6 years of Worker's Compensation Experience
Relevant Jurisdictional Knowledge
2 years of recent Supervisory or Managerial Experience
