Job Description
Design RAG‑based integrations, build custom Copilot agents, configure semantic search, and create conversational flows tailored to business use cases.
Develop and deploy AI Builder models, manage the full AI lifecycle (data prep, training, evaluation, retraining), and optimize bot performance for intelligent automation.
Build Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps, implement data integrations with Power Automate/Dataverse, and support M365 service strategies and roadmaps.
Apply Microsoft Responsible AI principles, implement governance best practices, and ensure solutions meet enterprise security and compliance standards.
Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, mentor junior engineers, foster innovation, produce engineering documentation, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
BS degree with 12–15 years' experience or Master’s with 10–13 years; ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust or higher clearance.
Proficiency in conversational AI design, chatbot building, prompt engineering, AI‑driven automation, adaptive cards, and Power Virtual Agents.
Proven experience with GenAI (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI), strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic AI, AI governance, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Deep hands‑on experience with AI Builder (form processing, prediction, object detection, classification), Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint integrations.
Strong problem‑solving, agile teamwork, DevOps experience, excellent communication/documentation, and ability to design/implement solutions at enterprise scale (10,000+ users).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with organizational adoption frameworks, Capstone, and NARA data retention principles.
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (preferred).
Knowledge of change control processes and ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing.
Relevant Microsoft credentials (PL‑100, PL‑200, MS‑900)
