Insight Global is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support a client in Hanover, MD. This person will be reporting to the Office Manager while supporting the organization's executives and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Make travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries.
Complete and submit expense reports.
Assist in the preparation of slide presentatios and provide support for meetings including setup, note-taking, and follow-up.
Perform routine office tasks such as faxing, copying, and mail distribution.
Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
Organize and maintain records and filing systems.
Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately.

Required Skills & Experience
Associates Degree + 10 years of office administration experience, 3 of which working with Executive level managers
Familiar with scheduling travel (ideally for DOD/knowledge in DOD travel regulations + per diem)
