Job Description

An employer is looking for a Maintenance Technician in the Sparks, MD area. This individual will be responsible for the breakdown, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate will come from a production background and have experience with both electrical and mechanical components of machinery. This person must have prior experience troubleshooting PLCs and working with pneumatics.
Shift is 6am-6pm Mon - Fri

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience as an industrial/manufacturing maintenance technician
Extensive experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment, and doing changeovers
Experience performing both preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment (labelers, pick and place machines, wrappers, liquid dispensing equipment, etc.)
Experience troubleshooting PLCs (programmable logic controller)
Prior experience with pneumatics or hydraulics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Associates Degree in technical field
Experience working in a clean room
