Job Description
A Client of Insight Global is looking for a mid-level .NET Developer to join their team of 3 fully onsite in Annapolis, MD. This role requires strong Angular (v13+) expertise with component-based architecture, reactive forms, routing, RxJS, and responsive design using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. You must be proficient in C#. Experience integrating RESTful APIs with JWT or OAuth2 is essential; AngularJS is a plus. On the backend, proficiency in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and RESTful service design is required, along with solid SQL skills. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, secure coding practices, RBAC, and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) is expected. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
Compensation: $55/hr. -- 65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer using C#
• Extensive experience in Angular (v13+) to develop modern, high-quality front-end web applications
• Direct experience using Bootstrap for responsive design
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core for building scalable, secure web APIs
• Proficient in using Visual Studio for development, debugging, and integration
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Karma, xUnit, or NUnit is a plus
• Experience with AngularJS
• Familiarity with writing unit tests, integration tests, and using mocking libraries to ensure code reliability and maintainability
• Relevant certifications
