Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying an Administrative Coordinator to support donation processing for a nonprofit organization serving youth and families. This contract role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented environments and is passionate about making a difference. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing donor records, processing gifts, sending thank you letters, and supporting compliance requirements in a mission-driven setting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience supporting office operations or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment
• Technically savvy by navigating different systems to follow a 4-step process
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in donor management or CRM software (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience in nonprofit or donor relations roles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
• Familiarity with mail merge and database export functions
• Background in child welfare or youth services organizations
