Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Warfighter Planning SME to sit at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. This role involves shaping battlefield-relevant CUAS strategies through joint planning, exercise development, and global threat analysis. This person will analyze global kinetic actions and adversary TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) to inform curriculum and exercise design. This candidate will be drafting and attending planning conferences, engaging with senior leaders, and developing best course of action for war fighter initiatives.
Compensation: $47.50/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
•Active TSSCI
•10+ years in Combat Arms or Aviation (Special Forces or Aviation preferred),
•Proven experience in exercise planning and joint operations like Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), and Joint Planning Process (JPP).
•Understand and integrate blue force CUAS systems (e.g., radar-based drone defeat technologies).
•Strong background in UAS operations, especially Group 1 systems.
•Graduate of SLC or Captain’s Career Course.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Familiarity with PMP principles and structured planning methodologies.
