Job Description
- Create new JIRA project with required work flows and fields to mirror existing similar external system
- Test case generation and execution to ensure expected outcomes
- Metric report creation for tracking time to close, ticket volume per time period specified and others as directed
- Maintain a burn chart of tasks in progress, task percentage complete, and tasks to be completed.
- Daily SCRUM on project
- Core hours 9a-5p eastern time zone
Pay Rate Range: $70-75

Required Skills & Experience
- Secret clearance
- 3+ years of experience with Jira Systems Administration
