Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Vice President of Program Management, supporting a small federal integrator, to oversee the delivery of federal contracts spanning IT support, AV/VTC integration, structured cabling, facilities O&M, janitorial, construction, and space planning. This executive will lead a team of Program Managers and Site Leads, ensuring contract compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across IC’s portfolio. The VP will serve as the senior liaison with government stakeholders, monitor program performance and financial health, and support business development efforts to identify growth opportunities. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to maintain the company’s reputation as a trusted small business partner with a Top-Secret facility clearance. Candidates must be comfortable managing complex, multi-site programs and driving mission-critical outcomes for federal clients.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience managing federal contracts across IT, AV, facilities, or technical services
o Proven success leading multi-site programs and diverse technical teams
o Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L across multiple contracts
o Experience with contract compliance, risk management, and performance tracking
- PMP certification required; ITIL, CISSP, or other technical certifications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- TS/SCI clearance
- Experience supporting SBA 8(a) or small business federal programs
- Background in AV/VTC, structured cabling, or facilities O&M
- Familiarity with organic growth strategies and proposal development
