A technology solutions company in Baltimore, MD is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their End User Computing (EUC) team. The EUC team is seeking Desktop Support Technicians to assist with a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade and tech refresh initiative. The project involves upgrading approximately 1,500 workstations, supporting new hires, and managing equipment logistics. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring coordination with cross functional teams and internal users.
Job Responsibilities
Support the deployment and upgrade of 1,500 workstations to Windows 11.
Perform system imaging and deployment for new and existing hardware.
Assist with tech refreshes and new hire setups.

2+ years of experience in desktop support.
Proficiency in imaging and software distribution tools.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
Familiarity with Windows 11 deployment processes.
Experience utilizing Altiris
Experience with hardware logistics and remote equipment setup and support
