Job Description

Insight Global seeking a versatile Electronics/Electrical Engineer with a programming background in C++ or CUDA to support the development of advanced radar capabilities. This hybrid technical role blends electrical engineering, embedded systems, software development, and systems-level thinking. Youll work in a high-visibility Labatory environment alongside subject matter experts in radar, modeling & simulation (M&S), and hardware/software development for current and future Army radar and sensor systems.
In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of signal and data processing techniques, supporting the development of new radar concepts within a laboratory setting. Youll be responsible for near real-time C++ implementations of cutting-edge Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms, while collaborating with teams working in MATLAB and embedded System-on-a-Chip (SoC) platforms like RFSoC. Your work will involve technical coordination across internal and external teams to define requirements, integrate hardware and software systems, and ensure seamless signal flow and system-level performance. This position offers the opportunity to bridge low-level programming with high-level architecture, contributing to both the technical depth and strategic direction of our client's radar solutions.
