Job Description
Our large construction company is currently hiring for a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This individual will be servicing projects in the mid-Atlantic region of the country. Travel as necessary to any projects is required, however all travel will be expensed. Main responsibilities include, managing a budget and a schedule, creating purchase orders and subcontractor agreements and working in Procore. This individual should have 5+ years of experience within the commercial construction space working as a project manager. Experience with project over 2 million dollars in size is required. Any background with school building construction or modular building construction is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of commercial construction experience working as a PM
Experience with MS project and Procore
experience managing budgets and schedules
