Serve as a Level 2 escalation point for the Service Desk, providing support for a diverse end-user population.
Oversee the VMware Horizon VDI environment, including provisioning hosts, remediating hosts, and setting up virtual machines.
Perform patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UAGs, Connection Servers, and vCenters.
Manage the creation and maintenance of VDI Master Images (Win 10/11 base OS and business-specific applications).
Analyze, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise automation and operations based on community policies and guides.
Support all aspects of current and planned solutions, capabilities, risk mitigation, analysis of alternatives, and testing.
Assist in leading the development and implementation of senior management and customer O&M and future need requirements into detailed technical solutions.
Help mentor and review the work of junior team members.
Support customer requirements in a 24/7/365 IT enterprise operations environment.
Compensation:
$45/hr to $52/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise VMware Horizon VDI.
Project management skills.
Strong understanding of Horizon VDI infrastructure design.
Strong VDI troubleshooting skills (AD/VMware/Horizon).
Working knowledge of ESXi hosts, clusters, and vSAN.
Knowledge of App Volumes, DEM, Microsoft Active Directory, and GPO.
