Insight Global is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to help support an innovation center for an enterprise level hospital system in Maryland. This person is responsible for the technical development and operational management of a digital applications team for the innovation center. Core responsibilities involve a blend of technical expertise and leadership, software developer management, and software release planning, timeline management, and stakeholder management. Serve as a primary point of contact for the delivery of assigned digital assets. This is a dual role - candidate must be capable of handling both hands-on development, as well as leadership responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements:
• Prior experience leading/managing a small team of at least 2-3 developers
• A true Full Stack developer with experience developing applications with the following programming languages:
○ Python
○ JavaScript (any flavor - i.e. Angular or React)
○ SQL (or PostgreSQL)
○ Epic Clarity
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7 years of experience, but given that this is a senior role, 10 years or above is preferred
• Prior experience working with healthcare applications/development
Someone who has experience or been part of building applications/technologies that interoperate with Epic
