An Employer is looking for a Strategic Operations Analyst to sit at JBA. This candidate will support IT service delivery and strategic initiatives. This role involves coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure users have the necessary IT tools to meet mission requirements. Responsibilities include leading synchronization meetings, conducting performance data analysis, developing strategic briefs, and supporting continuous process improvement. The analyst will assist in quality management efforts, help identify and resolve service issues, and contribute to the development and maintenance of the ITS Service Catalog. Collaboration with service delivery managers, UX teams, and higher-level organizations is essential to enhance service effectiveness and customer experience.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $53/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Masters with 6+ years of related experience and 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
Must have a full DoD Secret Clearance at start.
8+ years experience with the US Air Force in cyber operations
Minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance and/or process improvement.
Prior experience working in the National Capital Region
Exposure to BMC Remedy and its Digital Workplace Catalog.
Prior experience in strategic planning
Prior experience working in a commanders action group (CAG)
Prior experience developing/maintaining a Service Catalog.
Familiarity with the Headquarters Air Force staff organization.
One or more of the following within 6 months after starting:
Continuous Process Improvement certification or executive course.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification.
Project Management Professional certification.
