Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a secret RF Test and Development engineer. In this role, you will set up, calibrate, and operate RF, Digital, and Power equipment for factory testing of production products. You'll troubleshoot issues, support technicians, and analyze test data to identify trends. Collaboration with design engineering to improve hardware and testing processes is essential. You'll also monitor product yields, maintain program targets, and participate in meetings to develop corrective actions. Effective communication with various teams is crucial for success.

Compensation: $47/hr. -- 54/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 0 years of experience.
Secret security clearance
Ability to read and interpret specifications, schematics and block diagrams
Experience with RF hardware and software
Experience with RF test equipment, such as scopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline
Ability to work with minimal direction and guidance
Experience with LabWindows CVI, C / C++ programming
Proficiency with digital, analog, power supplies, RF test equipment, RF theory and high speed digital.
Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardware
