The Lead Business Analyst will coordinate and oversee the work of other BAs as it relates to a specific project. The Lead BA must be able to work on and oversee complex projects that are traced through inter-related systems and involve stakeholders across different departments to reach a final solution. The BA will also build relationships with stakeholders, become an expert in the business domain and system, mentor junior business analysts, and assist stakeholders in diagnosing problems and understanding needs.
