Our client is seeking a Lead Electronic Security Technician/Junior Project Manager to sit locally in Windsor Mill, MD. Responsibilities include:
-Servicing, Installing and programming electronic security systems including but not limited to access control systems, intrusion detection and CCTV systems - 80% Service/10% Install
-Assist staff with creating proposals as needed
-Maintain project equipment and project redline drawings
-Assist engineering staff with creating designs and blueprints as necessary for client sites
-Perform quality control visits at customer sites as needed
-Train customer personnel on the use of security systems
-Install low voltage cabling
-Terminate, program and test security systems and any malfunctions

-5 - 7 years of experience with electronic security systems (Axis, Pelco, Bosh, DMP, Lenel, SoftwareHouse, MDI, Hirsch, Hanwha, Genetec, etc)
-Experience leading/managing a small team of technicians
-Active Lenel certification
-Must have commercial/federal electronic security experience
-Knowledge of low voltage electrical principles (DC Power, Relays, etc)
-Basic understanding of IP Networking
-Strong knowledge and experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting Intrusion Detection Systems(IDS), Internet Protocol (IP) video surveillance systems and other security systems
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to obtain a Public Trust
