Job Description

IG is looking for an Electronics Exploitation Deployer. This person will be supporting REACT – previously CBTA funded through May 2029.

You will:

•Deploy for 6–9 months to support critical intelligence missions
•Analyze electronic signals from target devices—everything from basic transmissions to complex modifications
•Write up findings in reports and briefings that highlight vulnerabilities and exploitation strategies
•Work side-by-side with senior engineers and SMEs to tackle tough problems and respond to RFIs
•Dive into new research and run hands-on lab tests
•Capture and identify RF receiver/transmitter modules, operating frequencies, and power levels
•Visually identify electronic components, research them, and build accurate schematics using provided tools
•Decode signals to pull out useful intel
•Recover data from devices using forensic tools like XRY, Cellebrite, and Graykey


Compensation:
$45/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

•Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
•BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 3 years of experience OR associate degree and 5 years of experience OR High School diploma and 6 years of experience
•Ability to commit to global deployment for 6-month rotations
•Expert in electronic schematic design and interpretation
•Proficient in identifying electronic components and characterizing circuits
•Understand benchtop equipment (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.)
•Solid understanding of RF communications and standard RF measurements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•BSE in Electrical Engineering
•Familiarity with IED
•Experience collaborating with military organizations, such as EOD units
•Hands-on experience with IED/UAS electronics
•Understanding of programming languages
