Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Manager to work the second shift for a large electrical distributor client. This individual will sit onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD managing the entire order fulfillment process for both internal and external orders including quality & inventory control. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and training a staff of 3 supervisors and 60+ warehouse associates, overseeing the processes for order fulfillment, checking, packing, staging, and loading trucks. This position must also maintain accuracy and quality control, manage performance reviews, conduct interviews, and maintain a safe work environment. We are seeking an individual with strong leadership, management and communication skills.
Shift: 3:30pm 1:30am (10 hr shifts)
