This position is willing to pay $150,000-$160,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Our Mission Critical Tech team is looking for Senior Project Manager to support a large data center project in Frederick, MD. This Senior PM will be on the jobsite full time in Frederick, managing the full lifecycle of the project from Preconstruction to close out. They will need to take ownership of the project timeline, budget, scheduling, and addressing any day-to-day hiccups that may arise. This person is client facing and will be involves in owners meetings to keep teams up to date on the progress and status of the project. This project is set to complete early 2027 so they will be onsite in Frederick until then and transition to another project once this competes.

6-7 years of experience in the construction industry as a PM or above
Experience working on Mission Critical/Data Center projects preferably larger scale projects in the $100M range
Experience managing multiple teams/trades
Knows the local market/Area knowledge of clients and subs
Experience with Primavera P6
