My client in Indian Head, Maryland is seeking two facilities project managers to join their growing work supporting the Navy. They specifically will be brought on to support the oversight of the construction renovations happening in the complex, energetics lab and manufacturing space. Their day to day responsibilities will include developing project and production schedules in Microsoft Project, such as design and construction schedules, program budgets, and staffing plans. They will also complete necessary schedule changes (condensing schedule, shifting production schedules right), and execute project cost management and analyzing project budgets.

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
- 5+ years project management experience in federal facilities renovations/new construction OR laboratory construction or manufacturing facilities construction
- Strong ability to create and edit project schedules and track budgets in Microsoft project
