Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager in the Annapolis, Maryland area, The Project Manager will be working in the civil engineering division, you'll engage in a variety of land development projects, each with unique sizes and complexities. Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee site civil projects from start to finish.
Utilize Design Software: Employ AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for project design and analysis.
Build Client Relationships: Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
Pursue New Business: Identify and pursue opportunities to drive firm growth.
Oversee Financials: Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing.
Mentor Junior Staff: Foster a collaborative work environment through mentorship.
Implement Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet high standards.

- Professional Engineer license in Maryland.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
