Insight Global is seeking an Sr. FPGA Embedded Hardware Engineer to join an research and development group supporting an Army program out of Aberdeen, MD. As an embedded hardware engineer, you will not only design and develop these systems but evolve them with advanced technology solutions. We are seeking someone eager to merge your software development and FPGA experience to create new novel engineering solutions that will directly impact the warfighter.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and embedded systems, with a passion for system configurations and design. Solution-oriented thinkers thrive in this flexible and creative environment.
$44hr to $84hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

*8+ years of experience with electrical engineering
*Active Secret Clearance Minimum
*Experience with embedded hardware systems
*Experience in FPGA system design, development and testing
*Experience with VHDL coding, and low-level programming
* Experience with C, C++, and MATLAB
* Knowledge of Linux distributions, including RedHat and Rocky Linux
