Job Description

**Salary for this position is between 105-118K depending on years of experience
*This position is fully remote with expectations to work est hours.

Responsibilities:
Develop and design cloud solutions (within AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI) and Design/build solutions, and processes to deploy, operate, and maintain resilient secure Cloud environments to enable development teams to deliver features in the most efficient way possible.
Operate and maintain cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (Iac) and SRE principles.
Maintenance and ongoing development of automation and continuous build/integration/deployment infrastructure for multiple environments; write, build and deploy scripts.
Enable observability and resilience throughout multi-cloud landing zones and Dev/Test/Prod environments.
Support implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines, and governance.
Continuously assess, onboard, and enable new FedRAMP cloud services using security best practices for IAM and networking

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and at least 4 years' experience
Proven background working in cloud environments with experience and knowledge in 4 or more of the following areas:
o Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban
o Agile collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence
o CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Artifactory)
o CSPs including Azure, AWS, or OCI
o Containerization and container management with Kubernetes and Helm
o Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
o Git, branching strategies, GitFlow and/or GitHub Flow
o Cloud high availability and scalability best practices and architectures
o Disaster Recovery planning and implementation in cloud environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Professional cloud certifications from multiple cloud service providers (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect)
Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures
Familiarity with federal government compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, Cloud Smart Strategy, etc.)
Experience with Zero Trust architecture principles and implementation in cloud environments
