A client of Insight Global is seeking a skilled SharePoint Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint software application issues, utilizing JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and jQuery. The role requires knowledge of VS Code, PowerApps, Bootstrap, JSON, and React JS.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint issues, utilizing JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and jQuery.
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites using VS Code, PowerApps, Bootstrap, JSON, and React JS.
Educate and train clients and develop training documentation.
Resolve SharePoint permissions, Site Collection issues, and tier 1-3 SharePoint Online (SPO) issues.
Maintain user and group permissions, configure/decommission Site Collections, and gather requirements from stakeholders.
Compensation:
$47/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
