Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for a remote Modeling and Simulation architect with a broad technological background. The ideal candidate will excel in leveraging NVIDIA technologies, have strong experience in cloud-based distributed simulations, possess advanced skills in graphics and visualization, and demonstrate the ability to integrate with multiple frontend platforms. This candidate will be processed for a Top Secret clearance.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience
Familiarity with ML/AI applications in simulation
Experience with NVIDIA technologies (CUDA, OptiX, PhysX, Omniverse)
Strong background in cloud-based distributed systems
Expertise in graphics programming and visualization
Proficiency in modern programming languages (C++, Python, CUDA, Java)
Experience using modern graphics frameworks like OpenGL, Vulkan, Metal, etc)
Solid understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks
Experience with real-time rendering and physics-based simulations
Knowledge of parallel computing and GPU acceleration
Experience with C++, Python
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Security clearance
Knowledge of VR/AR technologies
Familiarity with digital twin concepts
Understanding of distributed simulation networking tradeoffs
Knowledge of simulation interoperability standards
Experience with the use of data analytics in simulations
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
Experience with WebGL or WebGPU for web-based 3D graphics
Familiarity with providing simulation interaction from mobile devices
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Experience with game engines for visualization
