Booz Allen Hamilton is hiring a Human Capital Metrics Expert to support Digital and Analytics Services (DAS) Division. This person will be assisting with providing and developing the key metrics and analytics across the Department of Defense thats required for personnel and manpower recruitment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyzing workforce data related to employee demographics, hiring patterns, retention rates, turnover, promotions, performance, and other workforce trends.
Perform succession planning by developing models to predict workforce needs, identify critical skill gaps, and plan for future leadership transitions.
Conduct employee engagement by using data to assess and improve employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction, often through surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
Review performance metrics by analyzing the effectiveness of training programs, performance management systems, and other HR initiatives.
Write formal reports and briefings to be presented to various high-ranking officials and provide recommendations for expansion across the Department of Defense.
Pay = $170,000-$180,000
