Key responsibilities associated with this position:
* Ordering and Receiving: The Inventory Specialist oversees the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes for an organization's products and supplies for the Networking Department that services all utilities company.
* Equipment Management and Shipment: They are responsible for managing network equipment. This involves keeping track of various network devices, such as routers, switches, servers, and other hardware components. They will be shipping requested equipment out to the correct recipient within utilities company.
* ServiceNow Documentation: The Inventory Specialist documents all relevant information related to network equipment in ServiceNow. This documentation includes details about equipment specifications, maintenance schedules, and delivery requests/location of shipment.
* Maintenance and Tracking: They track and analyze inventory maintenance, ensuring that equipment is well-maintained and operational.

* Associates Degree or Trade School Certificate in IT related field
* Drive, eager to learn and grow within a Network Career
* Experience utilizing a company tracking system to track inventory (ServiceNow, remedy, excel, SAP)
* Experience working in a warehouse - Receiving, stocking, and moving IT asset materials.
* Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs on a daily basis
