The Administrative Intake Specialist manages administrative tasks related to client engagement and the onboarding of new attorneys. Responsibilities include data and document management, review of client and matter information, and enforcement of the firm's file opening policies and procedures.

Draft and send engagement letters to clients.
Track engagement letters for countersignatures.
Prepare Excel spreadsheets of client and matter information for conflict checks and file entry for incoming attorneys.
Perform conflict searches and evaluate results for conflicts of interest.
Enter client and matter information for incoming attorneys.
Save documents and correspondence in the firm's electronic document management system.
Provide backup support for the Client Engagement team, including reviewing client/matter submissions and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Bachelors degree preferred, but equivalent work experience may be substituted.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Law firm experience and knowledge of conflict-of-interest interpretation highly preferred.
Experience with Intapp, DocuSign and/or Adobe Sign, and NetDocuments preferred.
