Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join one of our clients teams for a 2 4 week data clean up project. The ideal candidate has experience working with CRM systems and is proficient in identifying and rectifying data discrepancies. This role involves maintaining accurate records, researching companies, and collaborating internally as needed. Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Cleanup:
o Identify and address duplicate entries within our CRM system (PipelineCRM).
o Make necessary edits to ensure data accuracy.
Company Research:
o Conduct research on companies to gather relevant information.
o Identify key decision-makers within these organizations.
Spreadsheet Management:
o Update and maintain spreadsheets with precision.
o Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency.
Software Proficiency:
o Familiarity with Google Suites, particularly Google Drive.
