Insight Global is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to support a client in Adelphi MD. This person will be responsible for:
* Develop a Congressional Engagement Strategy, proactively building relationships and coordinating multiple Congressional engagements.
* Create processes and tools for integrating new personnel, ensuring familiarity with policies and guidelines.
* Utilize advanced MS Office knowledge to support program briefings.
* Lead interdisciplinary teams, track project milestones, and manage contracts.
* Communicate project status, participate in meetings, and maintain project documentation.
* Coordinate with Gov Staff, DoD agencies, and other entities.
* Monitor operations and ensure alignment with Army goals.
Document processes and procedures in SOP format for reference
