Secret Cleared Technical Business Analyst

A federal IT services client is looking to add two Technical Business Analysts to their growing team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD! This role is fully remote however will require on-site client meetings as needed, so the individuals must be local to APG. This role also requires an active Secret clearance to qualify.

Key responsibilities include:
-Provide expertise in the implementation and use of a specific software application or information technology system product or suite of products.
-Provide recommendations and training on using products to meet organizational goals.
-Holds and maintains product specific certifications and credentials
-Understands, follows and promotes the values and principles in the Agile Manifesto
-Understands, follows and promotes continuous cyber security risk management
-Collaborates with key functional stakeholders produce the product the vision and roadmap
-Translates business needs into product requirements and communicates these to the development team

-Active secret clearance
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline
-Min 4 years relative experience (OR 7 years total applicable experience without a degree)
-Experience providing expertise/recommendations for implementation and use of software applications and information technology system products
-Experience working with leadership and stakeholders to create an application architecture, defining requirements, and creating schedules.
-Understands, follows and promotes continuous cyber security risk management
-Has performed Full Stack analysis of current SW frameworks and DB architectures

-Experience supporting the United States Army
-Cloud experience and certifications
