Day to Day:
Monitor administrative costs of benefits programs and recommend cost containment strategies, including alternative methods for administration and funding.
Prepare budgetary recommendations and assist in the monitoring, verifying and reconciling of budgeted funds.
Managing projects alongside directors and president of the company.
Attending director meetings and providing project updates.
Preparing reports for directors, attorneys, and clients on a weekly basis.
Supervising other senior professionals in Laurel office in case of questions or concerns.
Administrative tasks such as emailing, phone support, data entry, and contract handling as needed.
