Insight Global is looking for a Customer Success Analyst in Baltimore, MD. The Customer Success Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for customers that are enrolled in the various programs offered. They will provide the customer continuous reporting, monitoring and tracking of performance within the demand response program and energy management initiatives, as well as provide insights, recommendations for improvements. They will provide detailed reports and analytics to customers that demonstrate the value and impact of their participation in energy management programs. They will be responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through regular check-ins and personalized support. They will gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings and quickly resolve any problems or challenges that customers encounter, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
