Provide direct supervision of up to 14 staff; including hiring, orienting, training, coaching, and evaluating in accordance with ACC personnel policies and following procedures established by the Program Director.
Assisting programs set new policies to guide transfer of money, making decisions regarding home visits, identifying and problem-solving gaps between policy and structure.
Creating a relationship with top 3 funders, this consists of attending network calls and policy level calls.
Working closely with Director of Esperanza Center and other high level team members regarding budgets management and grant management.
Strong understanding of grant management that involve the life cycle of the existing/future grants.
Managing reporting schedules, data entry and data quality.
Ensuring renewal deadline completion
Host auditors from time to time
Attending weekly meetings for staff wellness, raise client stories, promote Catholic Charities and what they do.

Master's in social work or similar Master's degree strongly preferred
