Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Patient AR Specialist to support a large hospital system in Annapolis, MD. This team supports all patient charges for Community Medicine, Surgery, and Oncology. The Patient Account Representative works in the Central Billing Office (CBO) providing billing services such as the processing and submission of patient charges and appropriate follow up with insurance companies and patients. The Patient AR Specialist provides outstanding service to both internal and external customers utilizing the telephone as their primary source of communication.

Required Skills & Experience

HS Diploma

1-2 years of billing experience in Healthcare

Experience with EPIC or related system

Ability to work fully remote
