Insight Global is looking for multiple Medical Assistants to support a large hospital system outpatient clinics. A Medical Assistant at a Primary Care Office, you will be responsible for performing administrative and clinical tasks while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining positive patient engagement. Your duties will include recording and updating medical histories and contact information in patient files, scheduling patient appointments, and performing standard care procedures like drawing blood, checking vitals or collecting lab samples. You will also be responsible for helping with pre-visit planning, answering phones, triaging calls, reconciling medications, scribing for providers, conducting patient outreach, health coaching, and motivational interviewing 1.
At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant or no years a certification
BLS though AHA or RedCross
High school Diploma
