Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a Non-profit organization located in Baltimore Maryland in identifying a Project Manager to assist with Real Estate development projects. This person should be passionate about making an impact in underinvested communities. This role will be exposured to community revitalization strategies and will be empowered to develop real estate projects that will make a long lasting impact in Baltimore City and beyond.



Job Description:



- Develop and manage project budgets, including financial modeling and pro forma analysis.

- Monitor project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and optimizing financial performance.

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funding for projects and company initiatives.

- Support CEO on all aspects of project management, including planning, design, construction, and post-development activities.

- Work closely with community partners to ensure projects align with community needs and expectations.

- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and permits for development projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in real estate development, including financial analysis, grant application, and fundraising.

- Strong financial modeling and pro forma development skills.

- Knowledge of real estate financing, grant application processes, and fundraising strategies.

- Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of US real estate regulations and compliance.

- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or related field

* PMP or similar certifications
