This Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer will be joining a team of 4 that is responsible for developing a demo software that is embedded in transceiver radios. This individual will be developing, modifying, debugging, and enhancing complex lines of code to ensure code stability, correct any potential defects, and maximize capabilities of these transceiver radios. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participate in daily scrum meetings and develop within an Agile environment.
Collaborate with other Engineers and Architects to develop technical specifications.
Perform tests and measurements using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators to enhance the features and capabilities of electronic warfare devices.
Review, interpret, and modify code within C/C++ device drivers, middleware, and application development on Linux/VxWorks platforms.
Identify potential risks, support defect resolution, and enhance code to minimize vulnerabilities.
Perform unit, system, and integration tests as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 10+ years of experience in C++ embedded software development
Strong knowledge in Electronic Warfare devices and test/measurement equipment to engineer and analyze signal strength of transceiver radios
Active Secret security clearance
