Job Description

As the scrum master, a key member of the Digital team, you will be responsible for leading teams and executing Agile development sprints and product releases that deliver customer and business value with speed and quality. You will use your growth mindset to empower, motivate and mature the Agile capabilities of the teams you support in a way that results in measurable improvements to product delivery. You will oversee and champion Scrum events and artifacts, report on and monitor work progress, identify potential risks and dependencies, remove impediments, lead the team to continuously improve and help scale best practices. The ideal candidate has extensive experience acting as Scrum master for large teams with multiple product deliveries and demonstrated ability to develop and mature Agile best practices across teams at organizations. You will drive measurable improvements to predictability and quality for product delivery. You have a strong interest in process definition and ongoing improvement. You have a successful track record of using metrics across discovery, implementation and release to facilitate accountability and increased visibility into team performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification.

- 3+ years of Scrum master experience

- 7+ years' experience in applying Agile and Scrum principles (i.e. - SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and applying techniques such as story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection etc.

- 3+ years working with tools such as Atlassian JIRA/Confluence

- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI's Agile Certified

Professional (ACP)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences

- High attention to detail and exceptional time management skills, performs well under pressure to manage competing delivery demands
