Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join one of its top law firm clients. The Litigation Paralegal will be joining the firm's Baltimore, MD office and will assist in every stage of the litigation process, which includes discovery, pleadings, pre-trial, trial, and post trial stages. The Litigation Paralegal will collaborate with multiple other paralegals on various projects that range from case material compilation for attorney review to participation at trial.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
* Organize, prepare, and maintain the production of documents, depositions, pleadings, discovery materials, and other files in cases.
* Support attorneys and paralegals on case teams in the preparation, filing, and service of papers for use in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trial.
* Utilize software programs, such as iManage, Outlook, Microsoft Suite, TextMap, Relativity, Westlaw, and Lexis.
* Coordinate outside vendor services and perform searches for court documents.
This is a full time position, hybrid 3 days a week onsite in Baltimore, MD.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience within a mid-large size law firm
* Proven ability to prepare and handle e-filing in state and federal courts
* Trial prep experience and full-scale exposure to litigation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience utilizing review tools such as Relativity, TextMap (Livenote), or similar tools.
* Bachelor's Degree
